Who we are

Trisk Living is an apartment listing and referral service. We publish available apartments from owners and management companies and connect renters with them.

What we collect

When you submit a form we collect your name, phone number, and (if you provide it) email address, along with your apartment preferences such as bedrooms, city, budget, payment type, and move-in date. We may also record how you arrived at our site (referrer, landing page, Google Ads click ID) to understand which ads work.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about apartments matching your needs, coordinate showings, and communicate with landlords on your behalf. We do not sell your information.

Emails

If you opt in, we may email you about relevant listings. Every email contains an unsubscribe link and we honor unsubscribes immediately.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the performance of our site and our advertising, and to improve which ads we show. This means we share limited information with Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC): the Google click identifier from the ad you arrived on, the page and time, and whether your enquiry later became a qualified lead.

If you accept advertising cookies, we may also share your name, email address and phone number with Google in a hashed (scrambled) form, so Google can match your enquiry to the ad you clicked. This is used for measurement and to improve how our ads are targeted. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Visitors in the EU, UK, Switzerland and Canada are asked to accept or decline before any of this happens; declining is as easy as accepting. Everyone can change their choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, and we apply the change straight away. If you withdraw your acceptance, we stop sharing your details from that moment on.
